Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitute a breach of this Agreement. ttbet888 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

When registering an Account, Members are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including their username and password. ttbet888 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and the activation of two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Members must not share their Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
ttbet888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's Account that arises from the Member's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Members must notify ttbet888 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, ttbet888 requires all Members to complete a KYC identity verification process. This process requires the submission of government-issued identification documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and in certain circumstances, proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting ttbet888 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their last-used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML compliance checks. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are non-refundable.

All bonuses, promotions, and offers made available by ttbet888 are subject to this Agreement and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover"). The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion and typically ranges from 10x to 35x the Bonus amount. Until the full wagering requirement has been met, the Member may not withdraw any funds derived from Bonus activity.
While Bonus Funds are active in a Member's Account, the maximum permissible single bet or spin is RM500 unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at ttbet888's discretion and associated winnings forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager toward the rollover. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the terms of each promotion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus activity expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified for the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited without compensation.
ttbet888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing hedged bets to reduce wagering contribution risk, colluding with other Members, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
All bets placed by a Member are final once confirmed. ttbet888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and confirmed by the platform, except where the relevant sporting event is cancelled or abandoned, in which case the applicable bet settlement rules for that sport shall apply.

ttbet888's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
